Introducing Revise AI: Edit Any Text With a Simple Instruction

Use natural language driven revisions, harnessing the power of Kyber's AI, to unlock a more efficient and user friendly editing experience.

Adjusters already have quick tools in Kyber for common edits: Shorten, Extend, Rephrase, Translate, and Format Policy. These shortcuts handle the predictable stuff fast. But what happens when you need something that's not on the menu?

"Can you pull the agreement section before the payment section?"

"Can you add more detail to the claim summary from the claim notes?"

"Insert the water damage exclusion from the attached policy."

These requests don't fit a preset button. Until now, that meant switching to the policy PDF, finding the right section, copying, pasting, and using Kyber's AI format policy button. Revise AI changes that.

Feature Overview: What We Built and Why

Revise AI is a natural language editing tool built into Kyber's document editor. Instead of choosing from a menu of preset actions, you can also describe what you want in plain language. The AI reads your selected text, the full letter, and any attached policy documents, then makes the revision.

This isn't replacing the existing shortcuts. Those are still there for quick, one-click edits. Revise AI removes the ceiling. If you can describe it, you can do it.

How It Works: Step-by-Step

1. Select any text passage in your letter.

2. Click the Revise button on the right side of the editor (it highlights green when text is selected).

3. Type what you want: "Add the exclusion language from the policy," "Make this more formal," "Extend this with details from the claim notes."

4. Review the AI-generated revision. Accept, modify, or discard.

Real-World Impact

Endless possibilities. The limitation of preset options is gone. Any edit you can describe, you can execute. Add policy language by name. Restructure paragraphs. Pull specific sections. Translate for a Spanish-speaking claimant. The menu is now whatever you need it to be.

Full policy context. Revise AI doesn't just read your letter. It reads the attached policy documents too. When you say "include all language from subsection 9," it knows where to find it. No more hunting through the the policy. Already using Format Policy to clean up pasted text? Revise AI takes it further.

Works everywhere. AI-generated drafts, static templates, Admin template editors. Revise AI works on any document type in the editor.

Time savings compound. Even though the majority of documents require zero edits in Kyber, reducing even the few minutes a user may spend on final tweaks matter. Over hundreds of letters, that's hours reclaimed for actual claim work.

Why It Matters: Strategic Implications for Claims Teams

The in-editor AI shortcuts Complete, Shorten, Extend, Rephrase, Simplify, Translate, Tone of Voice, Format Policy solve known problems with one click. Revise AI solves the unknown problems - the ones unique to this claim, this policy, this situation.

Together, they give adjusters both speed and flexibility. Quick actions stay quick. Complex edits become possible without leaving the editor.

For claims leaders, it means fewer bottlenecks, more consistent letters, and a team that can handle edge cases without workarounds.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is Kyber different from traditional CCMs?

Kyber isn’t just a template library. It uses AI to pull the right policy language, apply jurisdictional rules, and generate accurate notices automatically. Every draft includes a built-in audit trail for full compliance visibility. Unlike legacy CCMs, Kyber is also lightweight to implement and easy to maintain across your claims team.

How does Kyber ensure compliance?

Kyber applies pre-approved templates, inserts only validated policy language, and enforces jurisdictional requirements for every letter. All edits, approvals, and versions are tracked automatically. All your organization's documents are audit-ready by default.

Does Kyber integrate with my existing Claims System?

Yes. Kyber is customizable to your organization’s existing tech stack (including core systems) and processes

How much time does it take to implement Kyber?

Most teams are live within a quarter when integrating with an existing claims system. For new integrations or more complex environments, implementation typically takes up to four months with full support from our onboarding team.

How does Kyber protect my organization’s data?

Kyber supports on-premise and private cloud deployments, and meets SOC 2 Type II compliance standards. You can choose the architecture that aligns with your internal security protocols while maintaining full control over sensitive claims and policy data.
