Introducing Policy Library

Admin-managed Policy Library gives claims teams structured access to core forms and endorsements, ensuring accurate AI-powered policy regardless of data and systems.

One of the smartest questions we hear from claims leaders is simple.

“What happens when the policy is not in the claim file?”

It is the right question.

Kyber’s AI templates reason over the policy in force at the time of loss. That is how we generate defensible Reservation of Rights letters, denials, and coverage explanations. Accurate correspondence requires accurate policy language. Without it, automation is blocked.

The reality is this. Policy data is rarely clean or centralized.

Some claims have the full policy PDF attached. Some do not. Endorsements may live in a separate system. Different lines of business follow different processes. Even within the same carrier, storage and workflows vary.

We do not design for perfect data. We design for how claims operations actually function.

That is why we built Policy Library. And now, it is fully admin-managed.

The New Policy Library. Admin-Owned and Self-Serve

Policy Library gives claims teams a structured, internal source of truth for core forms and endorsements.

Admins upload and organize forms once. They maintain control. If a state endorsement changes or a coverage form is revised, it can be updated directly inside Kyber and applied across workflows immediately.

No vendor dependency. No brittle template rewrites. No waiting.

It reflects how we believe claims technology should work. Claims leaders define their processes. The system adapts to them.

Three Paths to Policy Reasoning

Policy Library strengthens a core principle in Kyber’s design. There should never be a single point of failure when it comes to policy access.

If the full policy is attached to the claim file, Kyber automatically surfaces it and reasons over it. That is the cleanest scenario.

If it is not attached, adjusters can now build the policy from Policy Library. They select the relevant forms and endorsements inside the platform. Kyber consolidates them. The AI reasons over the complete policy language set, including endorsements and conflicting clauses.

If neither option applies, adjusters can upload a policy document directly as a fallback.

Three options. One standard of accuracy.

Flexibility Is Not Optional in Claims

Claims teams operate inside mature core systems that took years to implement. Any modern solution must work with that environment, not force it to change.

Some carriers will rely heavily on automatic policy detection from the claim system. Others will use Policy Library as their operational backbone. Some will need manual uploads in edge cases. We are not prescriptive about which path you use.

We are deliberate about ensuring you always have one. What matters is governance: every letter traceable, every decision auditable.

Because the real issue is not whether your data is perfect. It is what happens when it is not.

Policy Library is our answer.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is Kyber different from traditional CCMs?

Kyber isn’t just a template library. It uses AI to pull the right policy language, apply jurisdictional rules, and generate accurate notices automatically. Every draft includes a built-in audit trail for full compliance visibility. Unlike legacy CCMs, Kyber is also lightweight to implement and easy to maintain across your claims team.

How does Kyber ensure compliance?

Kyber applies pre-approved templates, inserts only validated policy language, and enforces jurisdictional requirements for every letter. All edits, approvals, and versions are tracked automatically. All your organization's documents are audit-ready by default.

Does Kyber integrate with my existing Claims System?

Yes. Kyber is customizable to your organization’s existing tech stack (including core systems) and processes

How much time does it take to implement Kyber?

Most teams are live within a quarter when integrating with an existing claims system. For new integrations or more complex environments, implementation typically takes up to four months with full support from our onboarding team.

How does Kyber protect my organization’s data?

Kyber supports on-premise and private cloud deployments, and meets SOC 2 Type II compliance standards. You can choose the architecture that aligns with your internal security protocols while maintaining full control over sensitive claims and policy data.
